What's the one-time build cost?
Custom builds start at $2,500. Most systems run $5,000–$15,000 depending on how many workflows, integrations, and custom logic we need. We quote every project individually after a free discovery call — no surprises.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Your whole team uses the system. We charge for the system, not the number of people using it. Add 5 users or 50 — same price.
How long until my system is live?
Most systems are operational within 2–4 weeks. Simple setups can be live in under a week. We prioritize getting your core workflow working first, then iterate from there.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL, monitoring, bug fixes, minor updates, and your dedicated support channel. Think of it as your operations team having an always-on system admin.
How is this different from ServiceTitan or Jobber?
