• Business information: agency or company name, industry
• What you tell us: details you share about your operations, in forms or on a call
• Visit counts: which page was viewed, the website you came from, and whether you're on a phone or computer. We do not record your IP address and do not use cookies for this.

Care Desk customers: caregiver and client information your agency puts into Care Desk belongs to your agency and is handled as described in our Terms of Service (section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and consultation requests
• Prepare proposals and deliver custom system builds
• Send project updates and support communications
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are stored in a private folder on our web host that is not publicly accessible, and are sent to us by email. Our site uses HTTPS, so data is encrypted on its way to us. We limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of outside services:

• Cal.com: booking calls. When you pick a time, Cal.com's privacy policy applies to your booking details.
• Our web host: stores the website and form submissions.
• Email: we receive form submissions and reply by email.

5. Cookies

Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar, provided by Cal.com, may use its own cookies when you use it.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access our site from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
